So I pulled three cards: The Fool, 5 of Swords, and Knight of Swords

What I gathered from the spread is the anguish over the fact you can’t find your holding in life specifically a career and what not. Swords are not too thrilling of cards to pull because they represent feelings of hardships. They do show a better insight in your “purpose in life” and “getting a job” by resembling traits of your own personality.

The Fool - Perhaps in the past you let your good luck get ahead of you. Sort of like things were coming along pretty easy for you. Example: School. We generally feel great about the idea of school because we know what to expect and we don’t have to worry about things like “a job” or “bills” stuff like that. No need to be a grown up when you’re in school (lol). This card shows up in my own personal readings because I have a child like energy about me, this seems to be true for you too. When finding a job, make sure you can keep your child innocence. Be playful. But mindful that being naive can cause issues.

5 of Swords - Kinda of a tough card to deal with presently. Decisions are confusing and your own thoughts seems to bounce between what you want to do (say having a fun life) to what you have to do in accordance to society (people telling you what you should do). You are experiencing an metamorphosis at this time. This pain and indecisiveness is trying to show you your strengths. You want your purpose in life now and may be holding onto that notion too tightly. You know you are right, but your energy of realizing you have a purpose is causing people to step away from you. Making it harder for them from a far advantage point to help you out. Right now it appears that what can help you the most to find a purpose/better understanding of a job is to continue your education. 

Knight of Swords - This card tells me that getting a job is not too far off into the future. Why? Because you have this jump quality in you. You are charging forward with what you want to get out life. You still have much to learn because like all good battles, good planning needs to take place. You have a knack for detail you might not realize it in every possible situation but it’s there subconsciously. Expanding your child playground is what you enjoy. Testing, learning and proving your worth are attributes in finding your direction/purposeful cause. You do this with each essay you’ve written and each game you played. 

Overall - Your purpose in life is to expand your mind. Do stuff that will charge those child-like batteries to want to break the chains that hold so many people down. But, don’t be a fool and rush into things too fast. Looks like more education is needed. It could be going to school for a degree or take up opportunities that will expand your horizons not quite in a physical sense, but intellectually or spiritually. These tools will help you lead a better fight.
